Bet Indianapolis is a BettorLeads microsite. It explains the legal map around this city. It does not take wagers, post odds, or send you to an unlicensed offshore site.
Sports wagering here is state-regulated. House Enrolled Act 1015 (2019) is Indiana Code 4-38. You have to be 21. A mobile bet has to be placed while you are physically in Indiana. The Indiana Gaming Commission publishes the license roster. Hours, markets, and house rules live on each sportsbook's own site. If this page and that site disagree, trust the sportsbook.
What is open on this date
As of 17 October 2026, both the walk-up bet and the phone bet are live products. The full racino books closest to the city are Horseshoe Indianapolis in Shelbyville and Harrah's Hoosier Park in Anderson. Licensed mobile books have been taking bets inside the state since 3 October 2019. Familiar names on the commission's list include FanDuel, DraftKings, and BetMGM. The online page names a few more. The vendor list is the roster, and this site does not reprint all of it.
